The desk is great. Adjustable workstation that has solved staff's postural issues!

A really good product. Is quite sturdy for my needs (graphic design and writing) but assembly was a little tricky. Having to drill holes was a little awkward. I'm not sure how much extra -pre-drilling would add to the unit cost here, but it would be worth it, as I almost stuffed it up. The winding gives me a little exercise too – good!

The desk has slotted into the space nicely, we're now looking to purchase a few more to complete network of consistent work surfaces

The desk is great. Simple, stylish and I love not having to sit all the time. The top needed a bit more work to assemble, pre-drilled holes would have been easier.

Payment: All good.
Delivery: All good
Assembly: Instructions could be more detailed and include info about how to correctly attach the desk top.
Quality: Excellent, except that I haven't been able to find a way to fold away the handle yet lol.

I bought the 75 x 180cm long manual sit-stand desk for personal use as a sewing table, a dressmakers table, a computer desk and dining table.
I received the desk 5 business days after I placed my order online.
There was a warehouse pick error and I initially received some of the wrong parts.
The women in the sales office were very nice and worked to resolve my problem fast with the warehouse staff. Someone from the sales office also rang me to see if I had received the right parts yet.
The right parts were delivered to me 12 days after the original delivery, and I am currently chasing up the sales office to find out whether the wrong parts are still wanted back.
Overall the sales office team were great.
The warehouse team really need to step up their service with regards to the pick error, how long it took to get the right parts delivered to me, and the fact that I’m still holding onto the wrong parts.
The good quality parts made assembly easy.
I put it together in less than 30 minutes, though I had to have someone help me lift the tabletop.
It takes the weight of my sewing machine, equipment and laptop without a problem, though I wouldn’t recommend leaning or sitting on it.
I am so happy with the desk. It is a sturdy surface to work on, and it winds up or down without much effort. The winding is smooth and doesn’t make much noise.
It is well worth the discounted price.

The desk itself is quite sturdy but I had some small issues with assembly. One of the hexagonal ends of the small cylinder pipe used to connect the winding systems together had fallen within the pipe itself. We managed to get the piece out but perhaps got the length wrong - there were no specific instructions on this point. Perhaps the piece being slightly to long or too short is why the desk is so noisy when winding to change heights?
Otherwise great desk but greater detailed assembly instructions would be appreciated.

Good desk, assembly is straight forward. Very sturdy. Would like a little more height at max extension.

super solid construction, a bit wobbly at full height and I wish it could go 50mm higher (I am a 6'1" gorilla and it is a little low for me)
