Delivery Information


We can ship to any address in Australia. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Standard delivery timeframes are between 5-15 business days. Delivery to Western Australia may take up to 20 business days if stock is unavailable from our Perth warehouse.

We use 3rd party delivery couriers for all deliveries. Please note that all orders made online will be delivered to ground floor only. If you need your delivery to be made to a floor level, please arrange beforehand with our Customer Service representatives by calling 1300 735 310. 

Please be aware that if your order contains multiple products, the products may ship from different locations and may not arrive at the same time. In each case JP Office Workstations will advise the expected delivery date(s).

JP Office Workstations cannot take responsibility for any charges that incur as a result of additionally requested freight services. If you live outside the Metro areas of Australia, when you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on the Product Description page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.
